HealthBASE Networks℠ is a solutions driven company that is focused on simplifying and improving the entire patient and benefit management process by targeting critical, underserved ordering workflows and required stakeholder exchange, at the earliest onset and at the time- and point-of-care.
Our mission is to simplify and improve patient care in healthcare and insurance programs by aligning and elevating the continuum of medical ordering processes commonly required by payers.
Our approach seamlessly coordinates electronically captured orders with ‘appropriateness’ review, authorizations, referrals, appointment/service coordination, reporting and payment – to ensure that the ‘right order’ is made and performed timely, at the right place, by the right providers and at the right price.
Our goal is to deliver the comprehensive ProviderBASE℠ Platform of tightly integrated, highly automated, cloud-based and on-time Solutions to add value for patients, physicians, providers, payers and other stakeholders — with new performance, IT and service levels, and instant returns.
HealthBASE is an emerging leader in the rapidly evolving niche healthcare information technology segment of cloud-based electronic ordering (e-Ordering), clinical decision support (CDS) and care coordination solutions for non-hospital medical and patient services.
HealthBASE’s unique, proprietary approach and solution set integrates expert workflow tools, evidence-based clinical and claims payment guidelines, payer and client rule sets, and real-time notifications, reporting and analytics – delivered through an easy-to-use, intelligent user interface and online dashboard.
Our preferred business models and subscription services help align, organize and coordinate high value providers, networks (PPO’s), suppliers and vendors with organized client and stakeholder groups – getting everyone on the same page for improved medical management, cost containment and patient care.
HealthBASE Networks is committed to a modern, flexible service and environment for healthcare providers and suppliers which, ultimately, helps deliver better value-based patient orders, referrals, provision and payment via smarter, easier, faster and more accessible cloud-based systems approaches.
By reducing costs at the onset of medical ordering and delivery – through better use of technology, record keeping, ordering processes and communication – the entire healthcare model can improve. Our cloud-based Platform solutions can remedy and evolve outdated technological infrastructures and stakeholder exchange to deliver new efficiency, savings, services and information.
HealthBASE Networks aligns ancillary, outpatient and specialty medical providers, networks/PPOs, suppliers and vendors as ProviderBASE subscribers that sponsor system access and use for physicians, clients and other stakeholders. In parallel, we contract with payers, insurance companies, health plans, state and local governments, employers, unions, third party administrators, managed care companies and other organizations to coordinate with these networks, providers and vendors using the ProviderBASE Platform.
HealthBASE’s executive team is comprised of seasoned leaders, innovators and operators with the related expertise and comprehensive industry experience that is key to engineering and delivering our solution set of high performance Platform services, informatics and technology.
